Have you ever heard the saying, “Don’t meet your heroes because they’ll only let you down”?
Well, I hate to break it to you, but it’s true. But I believe the opposite. I believe that we should meet our heroes. For the same reason. So that we do get let down. Because the moment after the disappointment comes inspiration! The thought, “they’re only human too. If they can do it, I can do it!”
